Every new logo is turned into a stitch file by a digitizer before it can be embroidered. That's a one-time $6.50 for a front logo, or $2.95 for a back or side logo, charged once no matter how many hats you buy.
Reorder the same logo with the same embroidery type later and you won't pay it again.
Buy more hats with the same logo and every hat gets cheaper, up to 25% off at 96+. You can mix styles and colors and still count toward the discount.

Flat embroidery works for most logos. 3D puff raises bold letters off the hat. Unlimited color embroidery handles gradients and detailed artwork that standard thread can't.
